April 15, 2018 we're going to be live in Dubai! Only the IVRL brings an American Stock Car to Dubai to let 3,300 lb. of 725 pure American horsepower to compete on a hilly, sandy, windy track like this in the desert of Dubai Emirates. For some this is a vacation, but for the XBOX ONE NASCAR International Forza Performance Series this is Danger in Dubai. This is the pinnacle of American Stock Car Racing. We started in Daytona on the high banks of the tri-oval, to the prestigious road circuits of Nurburgring, Yas Marina, and Watkins Glen International. Now the series will face its toughest track all year. The hill climb up the mountain is the trickiest part of this track and probably on the whole season schedule. Constantly trying to be smooth and prepare for each turn, precisely calculating braking points and focusing in on the apex of every turn. Its very critical here in the desert. Turn 10 went out of there way to make this fictional track as real as possible! They sent a crew to Dubai for 5 days to take tons of pictures and scans of the roads. They recreated the 120-140 degree heat which really affects the track and how the car handles. The heat makes the track even hotter making it greasy and slick. The key is keeping your momentum up while still limiting wheel spin on exit as much as possible. Who will take the victory during week 5 at Dubai?
