The All-American 88

Road of America News

The XBOX ONE iSCAR Series came back to the United States for round 12 of 21 in the first season for the series at Road of America. Just over the halfway mark and we are starting to see some points changes as we are getting closer and closer to the end of the season. We’re seeing some late bloomers really showing potential to make a late season charge for the championship. The #11 of Jaime Lozano puts down another track record for the series with a 2:01:777! Warrior Motorsports formerly known as Anarchy Motorsports, came under new ownership from driver of the #8 Logan Clark with the name change to Warrior Motorsports. As strong as they were before, they are even stronger now as they try to hold off Hinshaw Racing Performance for that top spot for the Constructors Championship. They do have a large marginal lead on HRP with a very slight chance of them catching up to make a late season run. Warrior Motorsports is now the #8 of Logan Clark, #11 of Jaime Lozano, and the #95 of Jonathan Medlin as Warrior Motorsports are in the Ford Fusions now. The All-American 88 was pushed back a week due to rescheduling purposes but it was a race to remember after having only 1 caution flag do to lag spikes during the race. Lozano was dominant again with the weekend sweep with a record setting pole and also grabbing the victory from the front row. The #95 of Jonathan Medlin pushed hard but after the routine pit stops no one could compete with Lozano in the #11 car. Hinshaw in the #12 car was not able to keep with the big dogs at Warrior Motorsports but he was able to hold off one of them, Logan Clark in the 8 car for the last podium spot in third. Clark followed suit in 4th followed by HRP’s Matt Adams rounding out the top 5. Adams was able to move up to 2nd in the points standings behind points leader and team owner Randy Hinshaw. The #81 of Johnny Edge had connection issues throughout the race, unfortunately had one the faster cars but just wasn’t able to settle in and get comfortable with the car. However he did place 6th, with the best finish of his XBOX ONE iSCAR Series Career! Hungry for a podium finish in the next race at Spa. Rounding out the field, we had new comer in the #28 Darvontre Gamble with a positive to take away from the weekend putting the Ford Fusion in the top 10! Congratulations to all of our drivers for a fantastic clean race! We are wishing the #8 Logan Clark Driver and Team Owner of Warrior Motorsports on his chase to the Forza Racing Championship this weekend in Series 2 Round 1 as he wheels the X999 #3 Peugeot 905C! Good Luck Logan!!! We all wish you the best! Go get ‘em bud!!!
